Common Questions

What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs, .iges), STL, DWG, DXF, and PDF 2D drawings. STEP format is preferred for CNC machining and vacuum casting projects.
How fast can you produce my prototype?
Lead times depend on complexity and process. Simple CNC parts can be completed in 3–5 business days. Complex assemblies or injection mold tools may take 10–15 days. We'll confirm the exact timeline in your quote.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity. We regularly manufacture single prototype pieces as well as small batches of 5–500+ units for pre-production validation.
Do you provide NDA / confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We take IP protection very seriously and are happy to sign an NDA before reviewing your files. Contact us and we will provide our standard NDA document.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We handle all export documentation and can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most countries on request.
Can you provide inspection reports?
Yes. We provide dimensional inspection reports using CMM equipment, and can provide material certificates, first article inspection (FAI) reports, and surface finish verification on request.
